By accessing veritasiq.in or logging in to the VeritasIQ platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the platform.
2. Nature of service
VeritasIQ is a Contact Point Verification (CPV) platform serving client banks and financial institutions. Verification reports are professional opinions based on information available at the time of verification; they are not credit reports, credit assessments, or recommendations for or against any financial transaction.
3. Authorised use
- Platform access is restricted to authorised users with credentials issued by VeritasIQ.
- Users must keep credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under their account.
- Any attempt to access data beyond your authorisation, interfere with the platform, or extract data in bulk is prohibited.
4. Confidentiality
All case data, documents, photographs, and reports on the platform are confidential. Users may access and use them only for the verification engagement they relate to, and must not disclose them to any unauthorised party.
5. Intellectual property
The VeritasIQ name, logo, platform software, and report formats are the property of VeritasIQ. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the platform as an authorised user.
6. Limitation of liability
Verification findings depend on conditions at the time of visit and documents made available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeritasIQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, the platform, or any report, beyond the terms agreed in the applicable engagement contract with the client institution.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat having exclusive jurisdiction.
